Pregnancy

Hey y'all, I could use a little reassurance. I was getting intimate with my boyfriend last week and we got a little wrapped up in the moment and we started having sex without a condom. So, here are the facts:
-we had already had sex once that day, with a condom with spermicidal lubricant
-I am on the pill, but I am also on antibiotics right now (which I'm told reduces the effectiveness of the pill)
-he did not ejaculate or come close to it when we did it without the condom

This is the most unprotected I have ever been, and I don't know the odds of pregnancy. I'm supposed to get my period this week, but I'm interested to see if any of you know how likely it is that this could result in pregnancy. Thank you!

Yeah, try not to stress. It's always good to be careful, but (unlike many of us have been led to believe) unprotected sex does not always result in pregnancy. (btw, I am NOT saying it's ok to not use protection, because you CAN still get pregnant.) Couples who are trying for a baby usually have to do it a lot before they can get pregnant.

anyway, what I am saying is that although it is important to use protection, its unlikely you will get pregnant from that one time, especially under your circumstances.
To avoid stress, be more careful in the future!

also, what antibiotics are you on? because if you dont REALLY need to be on them (talk to your doctor) maybe you should go off them so the pill works better.

Yes Kate

No matter if a man says he will pull out, the chances are still high. A mans penis will leak semen durring sex. He may now "blow his load" but semen has still leaked out.

Yes. When a man is erect and sexually aroused, or just prior to ejaculation, he may emit "preejaculatory fluid" also called "precum," which is a fluid that contains some stray sperm, which can get a woman pregnant. It can also may contain sexually transmitted diseases. That is why withdrawal before ejaculation during intercourse (also know as "pulling out") is not an effective method of birth control and is not an effective method for preventing sexually transmitted diseases. To prevent pregnancy and disease transmission, do not let precum come in contact with a woman's vagina, and use condoms.

Halfmoon as a man I have an excellent response to your question.
I was considering taking my hand and slamming it in my car door, do you think that will result in excrutiating pain?
If you said Yes then you have the answer to your question about allowing your boyfriend to have sex with you without a condom. I am one of those men who always promised to pull out of my girlfriend that was 10 years and three children ago. Trust me the felling is waaaaay to pleasurable for us to pull out even if we really wanted to! Just remember. You get to keep the baby!

Kate: If you jump into water will you get wet? So there you have your answer to the question about your boyfriend not ejaculating in you. trust me, he has but you just were not aware of it and mabey he wasn't either. Protect yourself babygirl. wait until that dude marries you before you give it up if you haven't already.:(
